How to choose the right size?
We're happy to help you find the perfect size! To ensure a perfect fit, it's best to compare its measurements to those of your favorite similar blouse.
Our step-by-step advice:
- Take your favorite tank top with a similar, looser cut from your closet.
- Place it on a flat surface (e.g. a table or floor).
- Using a tape measure, measure its width from armpit to armpit.
- Compare the obtained dimension with our dimension in the sketch.
Is the sizing standard/small/large?
We define our sizing as full and standard. It's neither oversized nor undersized. However, we always encourage you to refer to the individual product size chart.

What materials are your clothes made of? How do you care for them?
Selecting the right fabrics is our absolute priority. We believe that luxury lies in quality, which is why carefully selected, refined materials form the foundation of our collections. We want our clothes to not only look beautiful but also provide exceptional comfort and last for years.
Our favorite materials are:
- High-quality cotton: We value it for its natural feel, breathability, and exceptional softness. It's skin-friendly and perfect for both everyday and elegant styles.
- Viscose: This plant-based fiber is loved for its silky smoothness and flowing texture. Viscose garments drape beautifully, are lightweight, and allow the skin to breathe.
- Knitwear: Our sweaters, cardigans and knit dresses are made from thick, enveloping weaves that guarantee warmth and comfort while maintaining their shape.
- Modern blends (including nylon): Sometimes, to ensure greater durability, flexibility, and wrinkle resistance, we reach for high-quality blends. The addition of nylon often strengthens the material's structure and makes care even easier.
How to care for our clothes so that they last for years?
The key to maintaining the beauty and quality of our products is proper care. Because each material has different requirements, we've prepared two reliable sources of information for you:
- Product label: This is the most important source of information. On the label of each of our garments, you'll find precise and proven recommendations for washing, drying, and ironing.
- Product page in our store: For your convenience, detailed care instructions are also provided on each product card in the "Care" tab.
Golden general rules:
- Always wash clothes inside out to protect their color and structure.
- Avoid tumble drying, especially for delicate knits and viscose.
- Follow the recommended washing temperature – this guarantees that the clothes will not shrink or lose their shape.
Remember that proper care is an investment in the durability of your clothes. This will ensure your favorite pieces from our boutique stay in pristine condition for many seasons to come.
Do the colors in the photos match the actual colors of the clothes?
We make every effort to ensure that the colors in the photos reflect reality as closely as possible.
What do we do to ensure color accuracy?
- We conduct our product sessions using professional photographic equipment.
- Most photos are taken in daylight or studio light, which best captures the natural colors of the fabrics.
- We avoid using filters that could artificially change the shades of products.
Why might slight differences still occur? Please note that the way colors are displayed depends on the individual settings of the screen on which you view our products. Every monitor, laptop, and phone screen has different brightness, contrast, and color saturation settings. This means the same product may appear slightly different on different devices.
Our advice:
We also try to describe colors as accurately as possible in product names and descriptions (e.g. "bottle green", "cool beige", "intense fuchsia"), which can be an additional clue.
Your satisfaction is paramount to us. Please remember that if, after receiving your order, you find that the color of the product in person doesn't meet your expectations, you have the right to return or exchange the item within 14 days.

What is the order processing time?
Orders placed and paid for by 12 noon will be shipped the same day (of course, this applies to business days)
Our parcels do not arrive on weekends.
What delivery methods are available and what are their costs?
Delivery is via the InPost courier company, cash on delivery or to a parcel locker.
Can I track the status of my order? How do I do this?
Of course, you can track the status of your order.
All information is available in the customer panel. To check the progress of your purchase, simply log in to your account in our store. The panel includes a section, such as "My Orders" or "Order History," where we continuously update the status of your shipment and provide a tracking link.
Please note that this option is only available to registered customers. Creating an account is necessary to track your order.
How can I return purchased goods and how much time do I have to do so?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your shipment to return your products. Importantly, you don't have to provide a reason for the return.
To submit a return, simply follow the steps below:
- Log in to your customer account in our store (if you made a purchase as a guest, you must create a customer account)
- Go to the "My Orders" tab.
- Locate the correct order in the list, then select the items you wish to return.
- Please remember to include your original proof of purchase with your return package.
The system will guide you through the return process after selecting your items. We're available to answer any questions.
How can I make a complaint about the goods?
The complaints form is located at the bottom of our website, in the "Returns and Complaints" footer. Please download and complete this form and return it to us, along with the product in question, to the address provided on the form.
After receiving the package with the complaint from you, we will contact you to inform you about the decision regarding the product defect.
